Of Eating

If you read my Charles Dickens Post and nodded as I said, “If you know me, you probably know I like Charles Dickens…” Well here is something that if you know me at ALL, you know that I am the HEALTHIEST EATER AROUND. seriously.

……

Okay, so that’s a big lie. I suck at eating. I love food, but I have to be in the right mood to eat. So no matter how hungry I am, some days I just don’t feel like eating…so I don’t.

Ever had the problem? At the beginning of school terms I always vow to make proper healthy lunches blah blah blah. And that lasts mayyybe a week.

So tell me, how do you do it? Eating properly and healthily that is… I need some help. At the moment my lunch consists of 3 cookies, an apple, and a bottle of water… is that pretty good?

P.S. if you are going to help me out on this… make sure what you are suggesting is actually plausible. i.e. no nasty health drinks or whatever. ;)

o est.. i have that problem too!

when i told leanna that i didnt think she was eating healthy enough she informed that to her eating healthy is making sure she eats at least one good healthy meal a day!! which definitly made me feel better cuz i do that! however, one thing i have discovered is v8 fusions. its a fruit and vegetable blended drink that just tastes like normal fruit juice. its actually REALLY good AND it gives you a full serving of fruit and a full serving of vegetables per so much.. you should give it a try! we bought a jug and liked it so much it was gone in two days!!

For lunch it’s called a bun w/ egg salad, or tuna fish, or luncheon meat or the like. Then a yogurt or fruit such as banana/apple/tangerine. For snack another fruit, square, bag of pretzels and water bottle. I think that’s pretty balanced and easy enough to achieve no?
